Class Description: Children will explore a new letter and number each week through thematic activities, songs, stories and playtime. Designed for curious little minds, this class will combine fun and learning to help children develop foundational literacy and numerical skills.

Class Description: This course will be a deep dive into all the things that make our region of America great. Each week we will spend part of our class studying a historical topic. These will range from fascinating historical events, to inspiring people and interesting places. The other part of our class time will be spent studying nature, including all of the habitats, flora, and fauna that are unique to this area. Once a month we will also have a day devoted to studying great American artists and poets.
Exploring Our World

Class Description: This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the world's continents, rich diversity of cultures, and biomes. By incorporating lectures, games, experiments, and interactive activities this class aims to engage students in learning about geography and biomes in an immersive and enjoyable way. In addition each month we will explore a new book, share our thoughts, and capture it all in personalized journals.
Junior Theater Production

Class Description: We are putting on a play for the Juniors! We are looking at doing a 30 to 40 minute version of A Christmas Carol*. This play has 9 main characters, 10 small speaking roles, 4 non speaking roles, and the option of some musical acts. We will have some of the older kids helping student mentor the younger kids in producing, set, costuming, and directing.

Extra Costs that are not covered in the class fee: Students may be responsible for their own costumes and perhaps some props.

Class Description: In this relaxing afternoon class, kids can play games, do arts and crafts, and spend time playing together. Adjustments to the scope and structure of this class will be made as needed based on the number of students participating and their interests.
